I have been working in the food industry since 2012 and have years’ experience in writing PCP plan and working with the CFIA. I had many different titles, I was the laborer, the quality control, the quality assurance manager, the buyer, the sales, the operations manager and the plant manager. With the experience on all these positions, I understand how important it is that the food safety plan is compatible with the efficiency of the operation.  And I know how to achieve it. I will be happy to share this knowledge with you.
